When the design phase ends and the construction begins, an experienced and knowledgeable Construction Administration (CA) team is a valuable asset. STS leverages years of CA experience to ensure the construction of the BHS reflects the design intent and is compliant with all contract documents. The STS Team offers a multi-faceted approach to CA services that includes review of all project submittals, including shop drawings, Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Substitution (RFSs), change orders, contractor invoices and regular site visits to observe and inspect all BHS contractor installations for contract document compliance. Experienced STS staff perform Owner’s testing as required to ensure the functionality of all BHS equipment is within specification and ensure all aspects of the construction are complete to the Owner’s satisfaction.
